Our general office business hours are 9am till 3pm Monday to Friday with our workshop opening from 7am. Not all emergencies or breakdowns happen during these hours so it is important that you can contact us 24/7 for Generator Hire.

Outside of our general business hours our main contact number 96047888 is diverted to an After Hours Paging Service. Once you leave your message and return contact details the paging service will send a message to our staff and in turn will contact you ASAP to discuss your requirement. We pride ourselves on our customer service so your return call should not take long!

From this point we can assist with some pricing and equipment availability. Once you accept our pricing we will then endeavour to chase transport for delivery of your equipment to give you an ETA of its arrival. Many circumstances can effect this turn around time, including:

• Power Outages
• Fires
• Floods
• Traffic Conditions
• Weather Conditions
• Excessive Demand for Generators
• Excessive Demand for Transport

Normal delivery times would be say between 1 and 4 hours subject to your location and the prevailing conditions as listed above. Once our driver has given us an ETA we will then call you back to advise the soonest possible time that we can arrive on site.

An After Hours Call out will attract a surcharge for our On Call technician to open our premises, prepare cables if required and start generator with final checks before loading for transport to you. Transport rates are also charged at After Hours rates.
